Quadra website privacy

1. Scope and controller
This notice applies only to https://quadra-futsal.pages.dev, the presentation website. Controller: Tiago Silva. Contact: geral.quadra.app@gmail.com. The web and mobile app have a separate policy.
2. Visits and hosting
Cloudflare Pages serves this website. Delivery and protection of requests may involve IP address, date/time, requested URL, browser headers and security data. The purpose is to display the site and prevent abuse, based on the legitimate interest in an accessible and secure service (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)). Hosting cannot respond without the necessary technical data. Website code includes no accounts, forms, analytics, advertising or embedded external content. Fonts and images are served with the site itself.
3. Language preference
When you change language, the website saves your choice in localStorage under quadra-site-language, only in this browser. Website code does not send it to a server. It has no automatic expiry: it stays until you change the choice or clear this website’s browser data. It displays your requested language and is not used for tracking or advertising. The website remains usable if the browser blocks this storage.
4. Email contact
The contact link opens your email program; it does not send a message automatically. If you email us, your address, message and information needed to reply are processed in Google Gmail. We use them to respond: pre-contractual steps where applicable (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)) or the legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)); legal duties apply to rights requests. Do not send passwords, codes or backups. Full messages under our control are retained for up to 90 days after closure; minimum proof of a rights response for 12 months. A legal duty or dispute may justify limited retention, explained where applicable.
5. Providers, retention and transfers
Cloudflare processes technical data needed for hosting and security. Retention of these records depends on the applicable service and purpose; this notice does not claim a fixed period or immediate deletion of internal provider records. You may ask the contact above about applicable periods. Cloudflare’s global network and Gmail may involve processing outside the EEA, including in the US. The Cloudflare DPA provides for standard contractual clauses and the Data Privacy Framework where applicable; Google describes its international transfer safeguards. 6. Your rights
Subject to GDPR conditions and limits, you may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability where applicable, and object to processing based on legitimate interests on grounds relating to your situation. Email the contact above; we request only proportionate information needed to verify ownership. We normally reply within one month; any necessary lawful extension is explained within that first month. You may complain to the CNPD or competent authority without contacting us first. This website has no solely automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects or behavioural profiling.
7. App and account deletion
Visiting this site does not create a Quadra account or connect Google Drive. When you open the app or an external service, that service’s information applies. To delete a Quadra account, use the account deletion page.
